Oro Nero – dark cocoa

Oro nero dark chocolate reigns supreme and we prepare ours with water, which exalts all the characteristics of an exceptional flavour, thanks to a high quality extra dark cacao.

This semi-finished product has been created with the purpose of obtaining a non-extreme dark chocolate ice-cream characterized by a more velvety flavour, with sweet nuances of milk. The result is amazing, showing a product apreciated by everyone.

Yogurtoso 1000 – yogurt

Melon

We would go as far as to say that our melon ice cream mix outshines the fresh version, where consistency can be difficult to guarantee due to the need to work with the fruit at the right level of ripeness.

Coccoloso – coconut

Our mix uses dehydrated coconut milk and flakes for an authentically fresh taste, whilst we balance the ingredients carefully to guarantee a stable product.

Za’ Nina – fast italian pastry cream

A simple and fast preparation for a creamy and fragrant italian custard cream, where the development of these particular starch gels endows our mix with a particular structure to meet the needs of the best pastry chefs. It is also highly suitable for subsequent aromatisation.
