Rossana 100% tgt hazelnut paste – medium roast

The hazelnuts chosen to make this paste are of a top quality. Its different and special manufacturing enhances all its characteristics, emphasizing the delicate and whole smell of the roasted hazelnut. It can definitely be a valid alternative
in both ice-cream and pastry processing.

Magia 100% tgt hazelnut paste – extra taste

Italian hazelnut extra concentrated paste, dark roast for a greater depth of flavour and stabilised to reduce the natural separation of the oil.

Magnifica 100% tgt hazelnut paste – light roast

Light roast hazelnut paste. The TGT hazelnut is the most prized thanks to its delicate lingering aroma, one which is encapsulated in the iannino hazelnut paste.

La Dotta – gianduia paste

Our product is characterised by the roasting of the hazelnut and use of finest cacao, combined with a wellestablished refining process, ensuring the perfect gianduia blend.

Melitini – Turin 65 gianduia paste

This gianduia paste renamed “Torino 65” is remarkable in terms of quality, suitable for those who do not settle for a common Gianduia Paste, looking for a better output in different uses, where the aromatic density and fluidity represent the main features.

It is a blend of roasted coffee granules and high-end soluble coffee for a heady and balanced aroma. Its creamy structure lends itself well to both ice cream and pastry use.

Maria – Pistachio pure paste «Pistacchio verde di Bronte DOP»

Roasted and refined, in line with company policy guidelines, in order to bring the best out of this unique ingredient in the finished product. Dosage: 80-100 grams for kg of White base. For ice cream and pastry use.

Johnny – peanuts paste

Iannino’s production fully reaffirms the xperience gained in roasting and refining sector of dried fruits, obtaining a semi-finished product characterized by the aromatic intensity and the worthy of note persistency. The product shows an evident plastic and homogeneous aspect due to a higher level color, thanks to the special Iannino’s pure pastes refining.

Musa 50 – banana paste

This represents another classic fruits flavor. Iannino industry wanted to concentrate all banana’s peculiarity in a syrup, it takes only 50 grams per kg to aromatize any preparation. Considering its concentration, we focused on obtaining a product with a natural ripe fruit flavor without any bias. All these decisions have resulted in a precious semi-finished product supported by a mix of dried juice and aroma, which grant originality and quality, the main aspects of Iannino production.

Nonna Delizia – zabaglione eggnog paste

The winning combination of egg yolk and renowned marsala lends itself well to multifaceted use thanks to its proper amalgamated structure.

Here again, Iannino faces new opening markets by producing a classic flavour of the confectionery environment, where notes of caramelized sugar are perfectly in tune with full and velvety ones of concentrated milk due to the evaporation of the water part. The Caramu ’77 paste will give all your productions a strong and lingering flavor, that will stand out for its raw materials’ quality.
