Polvere di Stelle (Stardust) our neutral and base lines apt for quality ice cream. Designed to guarantee the success of the typical Italian artisanal ice cream, is the result of careful balancing and the use of the best raw materials.

Neutro 10 super cream

It is surprising how stable this neutral base is considering a dosage of 10g per litre of milk. The aqueous component of the blend is also
isolated subjected to chilling whilst bringing to life the aroma of the flavour forour desired ice cream.

Diamante 50 cream base

Is a base which has benefitted from extensive research in the components of creaminess and stability. It has met expert expectations with the results of excellent stability under thermic contrast and great creaminess thanks to its excellent fat content. It also works well with added volumes suitable for ice cream makers who want to work with a low dosage and subsequent integration.

Aries 100 cream base

product taste and thanks to its superior quality, it can be used for all flavour but especially Pistachio, Hazelnut and Gianduia.

Okipan 150 cream base

Andromeda 250 cream base

Is a complete base, just add sugar and water for the finished ice cream. A great product, it yields maximum results with minimum effort.

Is our most complete base. It delivers a surprising result with the minimum effort.

Yogurt lends its aroma to the white base. It is a low dosage semi finished base for an authentic and unmistakable tasting

Mascà 50 mascarpone

We wanted to create a semifinished product that remindes to Mascarpone famous cheese used in the confectionary application, which emphasise milk hallmark of fresh product in order to give a valid support to multiple combinations especially with fresh fruits,
obtaining a higher quality cheesecake.

Our 50 base all fruit highlights the characteristic fruit aroma present in our creation, its adaptability in various forms of processing makes it the most balanced.
